Welcome to the world’s worst nightmare

So much for my birthday wish.

Instead of “not going back”, a majority of US voters opted for a dystopian nightmare. A nightmare they decided to inflict (not that it even crossed what passes for their minds) on Ukraine and Gaza and the West Bank and on and on the list goes. I can’t bear it.

Obviously I am not the only one feeling this way.

I’m not sure I can ever watch the news again.

I’m pretty sure this emoji is going to be my response to most things in the next four years.
